WriteMyLyrics.ai is an AI-powered songwriting studio that generates lyrics, chord progressions, and song structures based on user inputs including genre, mood, tempo, and artist style. The Service includes features such as Karaoke Mode, Suno export, and a community gallery. The Suno export feature formats your generated lyrics and style prompt for use with Suno AI, copies them to your clipboard, and opens Suno's website so you can paste and produce your song. WriteMyLyrics.ai is not affiliated with Suno AI and does not have a direct technical integration with their platform.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
WriteMyLyrics.ai offers both free and paid subscription plans:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@writemylyrics.ai with your account details and reason for the request. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
Your inputs: You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input to the Service.
Generated content — Free Plan: Lyrics and other content generated through the free plan are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, license, or monetize free-tier generated content.
Generated content — Paid Plans: Subscribers on active paid plans are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and monetize lyrics and other content generated through the Service. This includes use in recorded music, performances, videos, and other commercial applications.
Important notice regarding AI-generated content: The legal copyright status of AI-generated content is evolving. We make no guarantees that generated lyrics are eligible for copyright protection under applicable law. You are responsible for consulting legal counsel regarding the protectability of any content you intend to commercialize.
Our platform: WriteMyLyrics.ai, its design, code, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Scott Middleton. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform itself.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott Middleton and WriteMyLyrics.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scott Middleton and WriteMyLyrics.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
